Here are a few tips & guidelines for your upcoming test.

• The exam will cover the following subjects: Website, eCommerce, Survey, Marketing, CRM, Sales, Purchases, Project, Timesheet, Accounting, Inventory, MRP, HR, Spreadsheet, Knowledge and Studio.
• You'll have 1.5 hours to complete this 120-question exam.
• You must score (at least) 70% to PASS.
• Each RIGHT answer is worth 1 point.
•Each WRONG answer will cost you 1⁄2 point.
• Each UNANSWERED* question is worth 0 points.
• The certification test is NOMINATIVE, it can not be transferred to anyone.
((*If you wish to leave a question "unanswered," you can select the "I don't know" option. This option is NOT a real answer and will result in 0 points. It will be considered an "unanswered" question.)
